We want you in our federation! Discover how to start a College Republicans chapter at your institution of higher education.
In order for your new chapter to be eligible for confirmation, we require you have three things: at least ten members, a faculty advisor, and a written constitution.
To begin, you will need to assemble a roster of at least ten students who will be members of your school's College Republicans chapter once it has gone through confirmation. The roster needs only to contain the students' names and his/her email address.
Furthermore, you must recruit a professor or instructor at your school to serve as the advisor for your chapter. A letter of recognition from your advisor or a statement of official recognition from your institution must be included in your application.
A constitution must be organized before submitting your application. It can include any number of articles or sections, but should outline the basic functions of the officers and operation of the chapter as well as demonstrate consistency with the CRFA constitution.
You will then be ready to submit your application for confirmation. To recieve an application, contact your regional vice chairman.
